Suddenly, three magic ladies appear. The
ladies are servants of the Queen of the Night. They
kill the snake with magic.
Tamino is lying on the ground. He is sleeping.
The ladies look at him.
“He is very handsome!”
says the first one.
“I agree. He is the most handsome man I have
ever seen!”
says the second lady.
“He is so handsome I want to paint a picture
of him!”
says the third lady.
“We must tell our queen,”
says the first lady.
“I
will stay here and look after himwhile you go and
tell her.”
“No!”
says the second lady.
“I want to stay.”
“Me, too!”
says the third lady. They start
fighting. Everyone wants to stay with Tamino.
At last, they all leave together.
