Koreans have had to fight against others. They have
fought for their freedom for hundreds of years.
They have also fought one another. Around 50 BCE,
the land was divided into three kingdoms. These were
the Goguryeo, Baekje, and Silla. This was known as the
Three Country Dynasty. They fought one another for
many years.
