Long ago in a land far away, there was a
barbarian king. He was not all barbarian. He
was really only half-barbarian. His ways were
not like the ways of other kings.
For one thing, this king liked to be alone.
He liked to think about things. He would think
and argue with himself. In the end, he would
tell himself what to do. In this way, he solved
all of the problems in his land.
