Introduction
King Arthur was a legendary British king.
Maybe there was a real King Arthur, but the
stories about him are certainly not true. Many
people have written stories about King Arthur.
Howard Pyle, an American writer, wrote four
books about him. Pyle also wrote about Robin
Hood. Pyle’s books about King Arthur and Robin
Hood are still famous today.
